Any information provided is intended as general information regarding property and related investment opportunities and should never be treated as specific advice or recommendations.

2.1  MyGoTo Properties and the investments we promote are not regulated in the UK by the Financial Conduct Authority and consequently participation in our investments does not carry recourse to the Financial Ombudsman service or the Financial Service Compensation Scheme.

2.2  Whilst the investment opportunities offered by MyGoTo Properties carry various levels of protection, any investment of any kind carries an element of risk. Under certain circumstances it is possible that an investor could receive back less than the sum they originally invested.
